Tata Motors reported total domestic sales of 30,797 units in February 2025, compared to 33,567 units in February 2024. This shows a decline of 8% year-over-year sales. Tata Motors released its sales report for February 2025. Here are the key highlights:

HCV truck sales decreased by 2% to 9,892 units in February 2025 from 10,091 in February 2024.

ILMCV truck sales grew by 11% to 5,652 units in February 2025 from 5,083 in February 2024.

Passenger carrier sales decreased by 7% to 4,355 units in February 2025 from 4,692 in February 2024.

SCV cargo and pickup sales dropped by 20% to 10,898 units in February 2025 from 13,701 in February 2024.

CV domestic sales declined by 8% to 30,797 units in February 2025 from 33,567 in February 2024.

CV IB sales increased by 14% to 1,736 units in February 2025 from 1,518 in February 2024.

Total CV sales declined by 7% to 32,533 units in February 2025 compared to 35,085 in February 2024.

Domestic sales of MH&ICV, including trucks and buses, decreased to 15,940 units in February 2025 from 16,227 in February 2024.

Total MH&ICV sales, including domestic and international business, increased to 16,693 units in February 2025 from 16,663 in February 2024.

CMV360 Says

Tata Motors reported an 8% decline in domestic sales for February 2025. While there was growth in sales of ILMCV trucks and CV IB units, the company saw a decrease in the sales of HCV trucks, SCV cargo, and passenger carriers. Despite these challenges in the domestic market, Tata Motors achieved an overall increase in total sales, including both domestic and international markets.
