Tata Motors reported total domestic sales of 27,936 units in June 2025 compared to 30,623 units in June 2024. This shows a decline of 9% in year-over-year sales. Tata Motors released its sales report for June 2025. Here are the key highlights:

HCV Trucks: In June 2025, HCV truck sales dropped by 17% to 7,359 units compared to 8,891 units sold in June 2024.

ILMCV Trucks: In June 2025, ILMCV truck sales declined by 3% to 4,863 units compared to 4,997 units in June 2024.

Passenger Carriers: Passenger carrier sales stayed steady, with 5,658 units sold in June 2025 compared to 5,654 units in June 2024.

SCV Cargo and Pickup: The SCV cargo and pickup segment saw a drop in sales. The company sold  10,056 units in June 2025 compared to 11,081 units in June 2025, indicating a sharp 9% decline in year-on-year sales.

CV Domestic: Domestic commercial vehicle sales declined to 27,936 units in June 2025, down from 30,623 units in June 2024, showing a 9% year-on-year decrease.

CV IB (International Business): CV exports increased significantly to 2,302 units in June 2025 compared to 1,357 units in June 2024, showing a strong 70% growth year-on-year.

Total CV: Overall commercial vehicle sales declined by 5%, from 30,238 units in June 2024 to 31,980 units in June 2025.

In June 2025, Tata Motors sold 12,871 MH&ICV trucks and buses within the country in June 2025 compared to 14,640 units sold in June 2024.

When including both domestic and international sales, the total MH&ICV trucks and buses sold in June 2025 were 14,027 units in June 2025 compared to 15,224 units in June 2024.
