The collaboration aims to improve mid-mile and first-mile delivery solutions through the development of key intercity routes and innovative models, including solar-powered electric vehicles (EVs).

The alliance will focus on enhancing network discoverability and establishing comprehensive EV charging infrastructure at crucial customer locations. This move is expected to support the growth of the Indian last-mile delivery market, which is projected to reach USD 6-7 billion by 2024, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 15.62% from 2022 to 2027.
Future of EV Sales in India
A BCG Consulting report forecasts that by FY 2025, 25% of EV sales in India will be driven by the electrification of last-mile delivery fleets. The partnership between Statiq and Bluwheelz is set to play a significant role in this transition.
