In February 2024, Sonalika Tractors successfully sold 9722 tractors. This exceptional sales figure not only highlights the brand's popularity in the market but also showcases its growing influence globally.
Sonalika achieved a groundbreaking milestone by securing a remarkable 16.1% overall market share in the tractor industry. This represents the highest-ever February market share recorded by the company, reflecting the trust and preference of farmers for Sonalika tractors.
The company didn't just stop at setting a new market share record; it also recorded the highest overall market share gain for the month, with an impressive 3% increase. This growth demonstrates Sonalika's ability to outperform industry expectations and solidify its position as a market leader.
Mr. Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director of International Tractors Limited (Sonalika & Solis), expressed his excitement about the outstanding performance in a LinkedIn post. He stated, "It feels exciting to share that our growth track in FY'24 has reached a new top, wherein we have registered our highest-ever February overall market share of 16.1%. This power-packed performance includes a staggering 9722 overall tractor sales that has also enabled us to outperform industry performance and clock the highest market share gain of 3 percentile points in the industry."
Mittal highlighted the company's commitment to farmers and their prosperity, emphasizing Sonalika's pivotal approach with its farmer-centric heavy-duty tractor range. He credited the success to the trust farmers place in Sonalika's adaptability and consistency, contributing to the brand's growing popularity.
Looking ahead, Mittal shared Sonalika's plans for the year 2024. He mentioned the recent launch of 10 new Tiger tractors in the 40-75 HP range, equipped with premium features for farmer satisfaction. Sonalika aims to continue bringing smiles to the farming community with intensified efforts, promising more innovative launches and a strengthened position as the go-to choice for farmers.
