Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (MLMM) has set a new benchmark in the electric commercial vehicle market by selling more than 10,000 electric vehicles (EVs) in August 2025. This remarkable achievement marks a 75% year-over-year growth in its L5 category, highlighting the company’s strong role in accelerating EV penetration across India.

Strong Market Performance

Mahindra’s impressive sales in August underline its dominance in the segment. The company recorded:

  • Over 10,000 EVs sold in August 2025 alone

  • 40.7% market share in the L5M EV category for August

  • 36.9% market share in L5 EVs year-to-date

  • 2.7 lakh cumulative EV sales, with the last 1 lakh sold in just 15 months

  • 38.2% overall share in L5 electric 3-wheelers YTD FY26
