The SCV Cargo and Pickup segment remained a key contributor with 14,520 units sold. Growth in this category was supported by increasing demand from small businesses, e-commerce logistics, and last-mile delivery operations.
Sales in the Passenger Carrier segment stood at 4,562 units, showing marginal change compared to last year. Demand remained steady from staff transport, school buses, and public transport use cases.
Tata Motors’ commercial vehicle exports rose sharply to 2,705 units, registering a 42% year-on-year growth. This improvement reflects the rising acceptance of Tata commercial vehicles in international markets and expanding export operations.
Tata Motors’ January 2026 performance highlights strong momentum across most commercial vehicle segments.
