Key Highlights:
In July, Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) inaugurated five new dealerships in Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh. This expansion adds 37 service bays, capable of servicing over 75 vehicles daily. The new facilities also offer driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.
Unique Service Guarantees
Mahindra’s truck range, including BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO, is the only CV truck range in India offering double service guarantees with top-notch fuel efficiency.
MTBD promises to get trucks back on the road within 48 hours, or the company will compensate customers Rs 1000 per day. Additionally, a guaranteed 36-hour turnaround at the dealership or the company will pay Rs 3000 daily.
Expanded Service Network
With these additions, Mahindra now operates 174 authorised service centres and 2,900 roadside assistance points across India.
Strengthening Market Presence
Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, highlighted MTBD's strong presence in the Indian commercial vehicle market, securing the No. 3 position in various sectors. Gupta emphasized that the new dealerships will enhance customer service and boost fleet uptime.
