JBM Auto Limited, a leading Indian automotive and electric vehicle company, announced a 20.21% rise in its net profit for the fourth quarter of FY25 (January-March 2025), reaching ₹66 crore, compared to ₹54.90 crore in the same period last year. The company recorded a 10.75% rise in total revenue, including other income, reaching ₹1,645.70 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to ₹1,485.95 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Financial Highlights of the Company
The company's EBITDA for the fourth quarter surged by 20.56%, reaching ₹213.60 crore, compared to ₹177.18 crore in the same period last year. Pre-tax profit saw a rise of 10.87%, amounting to ₹90.49 crore. Additionally, the earnings per share (EPS) climbed to ₹2.81, up from ₹2.36, indicating improved returns for shareholders.
Full-Year Performance
For the full year ending March 31, 2025, JBM Auto posted net sales of ₹5,472.33 crore, up from ₹5,009.35 crore in FY24. Annual net profit increased to ₹200.75 crore from ₹177.80 crore. Earnings per share for the year grew to ₹8.54 from ₹7.56.
Electric Bus Deal Secured Through PM e-Bus Seva Scheme
JBM Auto received an order for 1,021 electric buses under the PM e-Bus Seva Scheme-2. The order is valued at around ₹5,500 crore.

At the Bharat Mobility Show 2025, the company launched several electric vehicles, including:
The brand also expanded its electric fleet in Haryana, with buses being introduced in Rewari, Sonipat, Hissar, Rohtak, and Ambala. It also delivered an electric staff vehicle to Maruti Suzuki and provided a shuttle service to AIIMS for its personnel.

JBM Galaxy Electric Luxury Coach was honoured with the ‘Coach of the Year’ award at the Apollo CV Awards. The company also highlighted a healthy order pipeline in its OEM and Tool Room segments. This may drive its business expansion in the coming quarters.
