Isuzu Motors India has launched a new 6,000 sq ft service centre in Agra and announced a nationwide pre-summer service camp from March 23 to 28, 2026, across over 100 locations to enhance aftersales support.

The new service centre is operated by Heritage Autopark and is located on NH-19 in Sikandra, Agra. The centre aims to provide efficient service support for customers in Agra and nearby areas. The opening ceremony included representatives from Heritage Autopark and senior officials from Isuzu Motors India. During the event, the company handed over an Isuzu S-CAB to a customer.
The facility employs skilled technicians and offers maintenance and repair services for Isuzu pickup vehicles. By increasing service accessibility, Isuzu Motors India aims to enhance customer convenience and ensure a smooth ownership experience in the region.
Isuzu Motors India will conduct the ISUZU I-Care Pre-Summer Camp from March 23 to March 28, 2026. The initiative will take place at more than 100 authorised dealer service locations, including major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. The camp covers the company’s D-MAX pickup range and SUVs, for both personal and commercial use.
Customers can book appointments online or through authorised dealerships. The company’s toll-free helpline is also available for further assistance. The pre-summer camp aims to help customers maintain optimal vehicle performance and ensure trouble-free driving during the summer. Services include preventative maintenance checks, special service benefits, and discounts.
Isuzu Motors India manufactures vehicles at its plant in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh. The company continues to expand its sales and service network to strengthen its position in the pickup and utility vehicle segments. Isuzu Motors India also focuses on enhancing customer engagement programs and after-sales support as part of its growth strategy in India.
