Greaves Retail, Greaves Cotton Limited's retail division, recently signed a strategic technology transfer and supply deal with Tsuyo Manufacturing to manufacture components for low-speed three-wheelers. Tsuyo Manufacturing specializes on electric vehicle components.

The collaboration would consist of the transfer of technology and know-how for electric motors, wound motors, and controllers designed specifically for low-speed three-wheeler vehicles. 

A news release stated that Greaves Cotton hopes to promote sustainable mobility solutions through this relationship and anticipates considerable growth prospects within the 3Wheelers category.

Greaves Retail CEO Narasimha Jayakumar stated, "Together, we are poised to revolutionise the L3 segment, delivering unparalleled solutions that empower individuals and businesses."
