Force Motors launches AI-powered iPulse for connected fleet management.
Developed in partnership with predictive analytics leader Intangles.
Offers real-time monitoring, root-cause analysis, and predictive maintenance.
Can be fitted in new and existing Force commercial vehicles.
Supported by the 24/7 Intelligence Command Center in Pune.
Force Motors Limited, one of India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers and the country’s largest van producer, has introduced Force iPulse, an advanced AI-powered connected vehicle platform designed to transform fleet management. The new system aims to improve efficiency, reduce breakdowns, and enhance safety through real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Force iPulse has been developed in collaboration with Intangles, a global leader in AI-driven predictive analytics. This partnership has resulted in a tool that can monitor vehicle performance, detect early issues, and provide valuable insights to fleet managers for better decision-making.
The iPulse system will be installed in all new Force Motors commercial vehicles and can also be retrofitted into older models through over 300 dealerships across India.
The cloud-based platform collects data from key components such as the engine, gearbox, electrical systems, and cooling units. Using AI and machine learning, it detects early signs of wear or possible breakdowns, allowing maintenance before costly failures occur.
Unlike regular GPS tracking devices, Force iPulse offers root-cause analysis to determine if an issue is isolated or part of a larger problem. Fleet managers can access both live and historical data via desktop and mobile apps, making it easy to monitor fuel efficiency, driver behavior, vehicle health, and performance—all from one dashboard. This approach helps lower operational costs and improve maintenance planning.
To support iPulse, Force Motors has established an Intelligence Command Center at its Pune headquarters. Staffed with trained experts, it operates round the clock to remotely monitor vehicles, manage alerts, and assist in resolving issues quickly.
Additionally, a joint service team from Force Motors and Intangles will provide on-ground technical assistance, ensuring minimal downtime for fleet operators.
Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors, said, “Force iPulse is designed to give transparency, efficiency, and control in fleet management.”
Anup Patil, CEO of Intangles, added that the partnership will enable fleet owners to make better decisions throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle by combining advanced analytics with real-world fleet operations.
Force iPulse is a major part of Project DigiForce, the company’s plan to digitize all areas of its business. The system uses adaptive AI and continuous learning to evolve with changing fleet requirements.
Force Motors, headquartered in Pune, operates five manufacturing plants in India and employs over 10,000 people. Known for its Traveller and Trax commercial vehicles, premium Urbania van, and Force Gurkha SUV, the company also builds engines for BMW and Mercedes-Benz in India and partners with Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG for high-horsepower engines.
Intangles, also based in Pune, works with more than 30,000 fleet operators and 15 OEMs in 18 countries, offering predictive analytics solutions to improve vehicle reliability and reduce operational costs.
With iPulse now available across its commercial vehicle range, Force Motors is taking a significant step toward modern, connected, and efficient fleet management in India.
With the launch of iPulse, Force Motors is redefining fleet management in India. By combining AI, predictive analytics, and 24/7 support, the system promises reduced downtime, lower costs, and improved safety, marking a major leap in the company’s digital transformation journey and its commitment to smarter commercial vehicle operations.
