Euler Motors, a leading manufacturer of electric commercial vehicles in India, has entered the commercial passenger EV segment with the launch of its new brand, ‘NEO by Euler’. The first vehicle under this brand, the NEO HiRANGE, is an electric three-wheeler designed for passenger mobility, priced at ₹3,09,999.
The NEO HiRANGE series comes in three variants – MAXX, PLUS, and HiRANGE – catering to drivers covering 120–200 km daily. The ARAI-certified ranges are 261 km, 204 km, and 171 km, while real-world ranges vary between 130 km and over 200 km. All variants feature lithium-ion chassis-integrated batteries (9.6–13.44 kWh), a 9 kW peak motor, and can charge from 10% to 80% in just 3.25 hours.
Key features include a skateboard chassis, 65 Nm torque, hill-assist, real-time diagnostics, anti-theft GPS, and a warranty of up to 6 years/1.75 lakh km, making it suitable for high-usage urban operations.
Euler Motors developed NEO by Euler after over two years of research and development, gathering insights from more than 10,000 auto-rickshaw drivers. The vehicles aim to address challenges such as long fuel queues, maintenance issues, passenger discomfort, and low earnings.

Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors, said: "‘NEO by Euler’ is built for the realities of commercial passenger mobility in India. It delivers the highest range in a single charge, supports drivers’ livelihoods, ensures passenger comfort, and provides a safe, reliable solution for urban commuting."
The new brand targets first-time EV buyers, ride-hailing drivers, fleet operators, and self-employed owners. Over the next 3–4 months, Euler Motors plans to launch NEO by Euler vehicles across 50 Indian cities, aiming to transform urban passenger transport.
