India’s electric passenger three-wheeler (E-3W L5) market continued to show active movement in November 2025. As per Vahan Dashboard data updated on December 2, 2025, registrations were recorded from 1401 out of 1459 RTOs across 35 of 36 states/UTs, excluding Telangana.
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, Bajaj Auto, and TVS Motor emerged as the top three brands for the month.
The segment saw mixed performance, with some OEMs recording healthy growth while others faced declines. Mahindra and Bajaj continued to dominate the space, while Omega Seiki displayed an impressive month-on-month surge.

Mahindra topped the November 2025 passenger 3W market with 9,241 units. The company achieved a strong 59.4% YoY growth, reflecting rising demand. However, MoM sales dropped by 9.8% compared to October.
Bajaj Auto reported 8,146 units, delivering a healthy 8.7% MoM growth. The brand also recorded a strong 49.6% YoY rise, solidifying its position as one of the leading players in the passenger E-3W segment.
TVS Motor registered 2,815 units in November, showing stable performance with a slight 0.4% MoM increase. The brand continues to expand its footprint steadily.
Piaggio posted 1,162 units, facing a 48.9% YoY fall and a 12.2% MoM decline. Despite being a known name in the three-wheeler space, the brand saw slower traction this month.
Ti Clean Mobility recorded 586 units in November. The company showed a small but positive 3.2% MoM growth, though YoY sales dropped by 16.6%.
Omega Seiki delivered 378 units, marking a sharp 182.1% MoM growth, the highest among all OEMs. Its 21.2% YoY increase also indicates improving demand.

November 2025 was a strong month for the electric passenger three-wheeler market. Mahindra and Bajaj continued their leadership, while TVS maintained consistent performance. Omega Seiki’s sharp MoM jump highlights renewed interest in its models. Although some players like Piaggio faced declines, overall market activity remains strong, driven by rising urban mobility needs and growing EV adoption.
