The Daimler Truck Innovation Center India is celebrating its third anniversary. The Daimler Truck Innovation Center India is located in Bengaluru. It is the largest R&D hub for Daimler outside Germany and plays a key role in driving global innovation. It was established on December 1, 2021.

As road accidents in India continue to rise, particularly involving large trucks, the company is working to address key concerns, especially driver fatigue, which is one of the biggest causes of accidents.
