Zen Mobility's vast dealership network will make the Micro Pod LoadMax and Micro Pod ThermoFlex available in 12 cities across India.
Zen Mobility Introduces New Variants of Zen Micro Pod

Key Highlights:

  • Zen Mobility launched Micro Pod ThermoFlex and LoadMax.
  • LoadMax: 50 cubic feet for large shipments.
  • ThermoFlex: mobile fridge for frozen and fresh goods.
  • Features: telematics, IoT, geo-fencing, trip monitoring.
  • Available in 12 Indian cities.

Zen Mobility has introduced two new versions of their Zen Micro Pod: the Micro Pod ThermoFlex and the Micro Pod LoadMax. The Micro Pod LoadMax is a big box with a capacity of about 50 cubic feet, making it ideal for large e-commerce shipments, appliance delivery, and other bulky items.

On the other hand, the Micro Pod ThermoFlex acts as a mobile refrigerator, catering primarily to frozen items, fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables, and dairy products, guaranteeing a stable cold chain.

Both models have cutting-edge technologies such as telematics, IoT integration, geofencing with remote car locking, trip data monitoring, and battery state-of-charge (SOC) tracking. These capabilities are the result of significant consumer feedback and experiments, with prominent e-commerce and supermarket firms contributing insights into optimising these vehicles for increased fleet productivity.

Zen Mobility's vast dealership network will make the Micro Pod LoadMax and Micro Pod ThermoFlex available in 12 cities across India, including New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.

The Micro Pod ThermoFlex is ideal for moving food, dairy products, and medications like vaccines, while the Micro Pod LoadMax is ideal for e-commerce logistics, distributor-to-retailer models, and the FMCG industry.

The Zen ThermoFlex and LoadMax provide increased utility with a maximum payload of 150 kilogrammes, outperforming traditional two-wheelers by 2.5 times. These vehicles have low running expenses, utilizing only 4 units of electricity and recharge in around 2 hours.

Their lightweight design assures high performance, more affordable battery costs, and lower cost-per-delivery. Furthermore, their compact, ergonomic designs give rider comfort and ease of maneuverability in urban situations, and are supplemented by strong braking systems built for safety and dependability in all conditions.

The Zen ThermoFlex and LoadMax have been rigorously tested over 150,000 kilometres across various terrains and weather conditions, demonstrating exceptional durability, providing logistics companies with dependable and sustainable transportation solutions with lower maintenance costs and a longer lifespan.
