The company plans to conduct 210 launch events across the country and hold 185 roadshows to reach as many customers as possible.
Volvo CE has partnered with Shriram AutoMall (SAMIL) to create a robust ecosystem for machine exchange and disposal. This partnership will help customers purchase new Volvo machines by replacing their existing fleet, promoting sustainable practices, and supporting equipment lifecycle management.

Dimitrov Krishnan, Managing Director of Volvo CE India, stated, “As India embarks on its remarkable infrastructure growth journey, we foresee exponential demand for construction and mining equipment. At Volvo CE, we are committed to leading this transformation by offering India-centric solutions through our latest technological innovations. The all-new EC210 exemplifies our dedication to delivering products that offer ‘Zyada’ performance and reduced cost of ownership to the value-conscious Indian customer.”
The EC210 is manufactured by Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles and features advanced technology and robust hydraulics, ensuring optimal power and high torque at low RPM. It is designed to perform well in tough conditions, including altitudes up to 2,500 meters and temperatures as low as -15°C.
The excavator is equipped with a spacious and safe operator environment, featuring an adjustable seat, ergonomic controls, and improved visibility. The new I-ECU monitor displays a range of information for efficient operation, reducing operator stress and fatigue.
The EC210 offers ten unique working modes to optimize cycle time and fuel efficiency. Operators can select the most suitable mode for each application, enhancing precision and performance. The innovative ECO mode maximizes fuel efficiency without compromising performance.
Servicing the EC210 is safe and easy, with features like grouped filters, ground-level service access, anti-slip plates, and centralized lubrication points. A user-friendly mobile app allows customers to book services conveniently, ensuring service within 48 hours to maximize machine uptime.
