Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) achieved a sales milestone in December 2024, reporting 6,426 units sold. This marks a slight growth of 0.55% compared to December 2023, when 6,391 units were sold.
VECV, a partnership between Volvo Trucks and Eicher Trucks, recorded mixed results across its domestic and export markets.

Eicher’s commercial vehicle (CV) sales dropped slightly by 0.28%, with 6,137 units sold in December 2024 compared to 6,154 units in December 2023.
Exports showed remarkable growth, with Eicher CV exports surging by 81.31%.
Volvo Trucks demonstrated strong performance, achieving a 21.94% growth in December 2024. A total of 289 units were sold, compared to 237 units in December 2023.

VECV’s total CV sales, including domestic and export markets, reflect steady growth despite challenges in specific segments. The overall sales increase of 0.55% highlights the company’s resilience and adaptability in the competitive commercial vehicle sector.
