Tata Motors, one of India's leading automobile manufacturers, has reported a significant increase in its truck sales for the month of September 2023. According to the latest sales figures released by the company, Tata Motors witnessed a remarkable increase of 13% in truck sales compared to the same period last year.

Tata Motors, the commercial vehicle manufacturing company, has published the brand's September 2023 sales figures. In September 2023, the brand sold 39,064 commercial vehicle units, up from 34,890 in September 2022. As a result, it increased by 12%.

HCV and ILMCV Trucks
Tata Motors truck sales have increased in the Heavy Commercial Vehicles segment by 45%. They sold 12,867 vehicles in September 2023, compared to 8,889 vehicles in the same month of the previous year.
The ILMCV segment sales have also increased by 4.80%. In September 2023, the brand sold 6,377 commercial vehicles, up from 6,238 units in September 2022.
Passenger Carriers and SCV cargo and Pickup Category
Tata Motors' passenger carrier segment is increasing steadily and has the greatest growth rate among the categories. The segment sold 3,344 CV units in September 2023 and 2,287 units in September 2022, representing a 46% increase.
In September 2023, Small Commercial Vehicles and Pickup sales fell by 6%. The segment sold 14,626 units in September 2023, compared to 15,565 units sold in September 2022.
