Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised an additional Rs 50 crore in fresh funding to expand its manufacturing capacity, strengthen its retail and service network, and develop next-generation electric vehicles.
The funding round was co-led by Abhishek Misra of SKG Asset Management & SKG Fund, Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.
The latest investment comes after OSM raised Rs 50 crore earlier this month from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma.
The fresh capital will support increased installed manufacturing capacity, research and development activities, expansion of dealer and service operations, and the rollout of new commercial and passenger EV platforms. The company is also preparing for its planned initial public offering (IPO).
OSM currently has around 150 retail and service touchpoints across India. The commercial EV manufacturer now plans to expand this network to 250 touchpoints by FY28.
The company is also evaluating international growth opportunities in select African markets as part of its next phase of expansion. OSM has turned profit-after-tax positive, providing further momentum for its growth plans.
Dr Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility, said the fundraise marks an important milestone as the company enters its next growth phase. He added that OSM remains focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for customers, partners, and investors.

The company aims to strengthen manufacturing, develop new EV platforms and grow its domestic network from 150 to 250 touchpoints by FY28. Its focus on profitability, wider service reach and potential international expansion could further support OSM's growth ahead of its planned IPO.
