OSM Stream City will come in two variants: OSM Stream City ATR and Stream City 8.5. The OSM Stream City ATR costs Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom), while the Stream City 8.5 with a fixed battery costs Rs 3.01 lakh.
"Continuous innovation has always been a priority for OSM," stated Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility. OSM has boosted manufacturing five times and intends to sell over 10,000 electric three-wheelers in FY24.
The Omega Seiki Mobility Stream City range will enable E-Rickshaw drivers to maximize their revenue potential. The electric passenger three-wheeler will provide a 15-20% boost in earning potential, providing higher wages and larger savings.
The new OSM Stream City ATR provides a zero-emission driving experience. It has minimal noise and vibration. It features an advanced Li-ion battery, a Manual Boost transmission, and increased power and torque.
The swappable battery concept is being introduced in collaboration with Sun Mobility. Sun-Mobility will provide a rapid interchange station network, allowing OSM customers to swap and depart in minutes. Customers can use an app-enabled eco-system to check battery charge, recharge, and locate switch stations, among other things.
The OSM Stream City 8.5 fixed battery type is intended to address the different needs of India's urban commuters. This unique E3V is powered by an 8.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, offering both efficiency and convenience for urban commuters. It has a range of 117 kilometres on a single charge. It takes 4 hours to charge the battery.
Passengers can enjoy seamless travel while being connected to their digital life thanks to modern safety features such as drum brakes, 4.50 x 10 low rolling resistance tyres, and smart connectivity options. The OSM Stream City not only offers extraordinary benefits to passengers but also creates a highly profitable and attractive possibility for E-Rickshaw drivers in India.
OSM is one of the popular 3-wheeler brands in India, especially in manufacturing electric vehicles at affordable prices. The company has manufactured and introduced many promising electric vehicles for e-commerce and last-mile delivery needs. The registered head office of Omega Seiki Mobility is in New Delhi. This privately held company was founded by Uday Narang in 2018. Omega Seiki Mobility has partnered with a number of banks and NBFCs for vehicle retail loans.
