The women of Madhya Pradesh enrolled in the Ladli Behna Yojana are about to receive a joyful update this July. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that the 26th installment of the scheme will be disbursed earlier than scheduled. More importantly, the amount has been increased from ₹1250 to ₹1500 as a Raksha Bandhan Shagun.

Raksha Bandhan in 2025 will be celebrated on 9th August. To ensure that women can shop and prepare for the festival without financial stress, the government has decided to release the amount in July itself. This gesture by the state reflects a compassionate step toward women's empowerment and festive financial support.
As per reports, the 26th installment is expected to be credited between the 10th to 15th July 2025. Though the exact date is yet to be officially declared, the amount will be transferred directly to Jan Dhan or Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. Around 1.27 crore women will benefit from this early release.
During a recent event, CM Mohan Yadav also announced that the monthly installment will be permanently increased to ₹1500 starting from Diwali 2025. This means that the increased amount will continue even after Raksha Bandhan, making it a permanent feature of the scheme.

Looking ahead, the Madhya Pradesh government aims to double the amount to ₹3000 per month by 2028. This target is part of the state’s plan to support women from middle-class and low-income families, enabling them to make independent decisions regarding education, small businesses, and family expenses.

Click on “Application & Payment Status.”
Enter your Samagra ID or Registration Number.
Click on the Search button.
If your name appears in the active list, your installment will be credited on the expected date.
You can also visit your nearest Public Service Center (Lok Seva Kendra) or get details via SMS, WhatsApp, or through your local Panchayat office.
The Ladli Behna Yojana has significantly improved the economic condition of women in Madhya Pradesh. It has helped women become financially independent, make confident decisions, and contribute to their families well-being.
