VST Tillers Tractors Limited (VTTL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Union Bank of India to provide retail finance facilities to customers purchasing VST agricultural and farm mechanisation equipment.

The partnership is aimed at making it easier for farmers to access loans for buying tractors and other essential farm machines. By combining VST’s wide dealer network with Union Bank of India’s financing services, the initiative is expected to improve access to modern farm equipment across India.

Loans Available for Multiple VST Farm Machines

Under the agreement, Union Bank of India will provide retail loan facilities for customers purchasing selected VST products. The financing facility will cover:

  • VST Tractors

  • Power Tillers

  • Power Reapers

  • Power Weeders

The partnership will help farmers arrange funds for purchasing farm machinery and support the wider adoption of mechanised farming tools.

Farmers will be able to access the financing facility through VST Tillers Tractors' network of more than 1,000 dealers across India.

This dealer-based financing approach is expected to make the loan process more convenient, allowing customers to explore finance options closer to their communities while purchasing VST agricultural equipment. Farmers will also have more flexibility in managing the cost of investing in tractors and other mechanised farming machines.
