Nitin Gadkari and Mahindra Logistics unveiled a book titled 'Desh Chaalak' at an event in New Delhi. The book, written by Ramesh Kumar, a journalist and industry veteran with a strong grasp of the driver community, serves as a tribute to India's unsung hero community – the drivers. Mahindra Logistics is a provider of integrated logistics solutions.

'Desh Chaalak,' a compilation of 30 stories based on real-life occurrences, is a gripping narrative of their trip on the road.
Speaking at the book launch, Nitin Gadkari, India's Minister of Road Transport and Highways, expressed his respect for Indian drivers and the critical role they play in the country's economic success. The minister applauds Mahindra Logistics for taking this initiative to honour India's silent warriors. These hardworking drivers are the true backbone of our country, steering it forward. The government is aiming to improve the lives of these drivers by building world-class roads and infrastructure. 'Desh Chaalak' is beginning on the right path toward raising awareness of the driving community's contributions to India.
