The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) released vehicle retail data for November 23 and the festive season.

In a recent report released by the Federation of Automobile Dealership Associations (FADA), the 3-wheeler retail sales for November 2023 exhibited a remarkable growth of 23.31%. The total sales figures stopped at 99,890 units, up from 81,007 units in the same period last year.
In the latest FADA (Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations) three-wheeler sales report for November 2023, Bajaj Auto emerges as a public choice, showcasing a robust performance in the three-wheeler market.
SKS Trade India Pvt. Ltd. stole the spotlight with the highest sales growth among all players in the segment, registering an outstanding 55.94% increase in sales.
However, it's not the same scenario for every brand in the 3-wheeler market. "Saarthi" experienced a 10% decline in sales for November 2023.
Bajaj Auto: Considered the best-performing three-wheeler manufacturer in India, Bajaj sold 36,716 units in November 2023, compared to 29,746 units in November 2022. As a result, the brand marked a growth rate of 23.43%.
Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.: According to the three-wheeler sales data for FADA, Piaggio sold 8,095 units of vehicles in November 2023, compared to 6,238 units in November 2022, observing a growth of 29.77%.
Mahindra: The brand experienced a remarkable sales growth of 44.49% in retail sales in November 2023. Mahindra sold 4,455 units in November 2022, which increased to 6,437 units in November 2023.
Y.C. Electric: Y.C. Electric demonstrated a positive sales trend, selling 3,691 units in November 2023, reflecting a 20.35% increase from the 3,067 units sold in November 2022.

Mayuri: Mayuri brand sold 2,701 three-wheelers in November 2023, compared to 2,261 units in the same month last year. Hence, Mayuri increased its sales by 19.46%.

Atul Auto: This 3-wheeler company also experienced a slight increase of 0.10% in its retail sales report. Atul Auto sold 2,105 units in November 2023, compared to 2,103 units in November 2022.
Citylife (Dilli Electric Auto Pvt. Ltd.): Citylife marked a commendable growth rate of 24.95% in November 2023 with the selling of 2,028 vehicles compared to 1,623 units in November 2022.
TVS Motors: TVS Motors reported favourable sales figures, selling 1,545 units of three-wheelers in November 2023, achieving a growth rate of 25.20% compared to November 2022.
Mini Metro: Mini Metro followed a positive sales trend with a growth rate of 9.02%, selling 1,342 units in November 2023 compared to 1,231 units in November 2022.
Saarthi (Champion Poly Plast): Saarthi experienced a 10.85% sales drop in November 2023, closing the month with 1,142 units compared to 1,281 units in November 2022.
SKS Trade India Pvt. Ltd.: SKS Trade India Pvt. Ltd. marked a remarkable sales increase of 55.94%, selling 1,076 units in November 2023 compared to 690 units in November 2022.
J.S. Auto: J.S. Auto Company recorded positive sales growth of 13.27%, selling 1,050 units in November 2023 compared to 927 units in November 2022.
Overall Market Trends:
All other brands, including electric vehicle manufacturers, collectively experienced a sales increase of 22.22%. The total number of units sold reached 31,962 in November 2023, compared to 26,151 in November 2022, indicating a strong and positive growth trend in the three-wheeler market.
The FADA report provides valuable insights into the dynamics of the 3-wheeler segment, showcasing the industry's adaptability and the consumers' continued interest in three-wheeler category of vehicles.
