Maruti Suzuki has refreshed its best-selling entry-level van, the Eeco. The new Maruti Suzuki Eeco has an updated interior with a few new features, as well as an all-new powertrain that replaces the old-generation G-Series engine. The updated version of the Maruti Eeco starts at Rs 5.10 lakh ex-showroom. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco 2022 is available in 13 different variants. The New Eeco is designed to make owners proud while also appealing to their families, with newly refreshed interiors and the latest technology and features.

Maruti Suzuki India Limited introduced the New Eeco, which is powered by a new and more powerful engine with improved fuel economy. The Maruti Suzuki Eeco, the country's best-selling van, has consistently dominated the segment. Building on its success, the New Eeco has been engineered and developed innovatively as a dual-purpose vehicle to meet the changing needs of customers. It confidently meets the demanding needs of consumers seeking a comfortable and spacious family car, as well as entrepreneurs seeking a practical vehicle with flexible interior space.

The New Eeco, with the tagline #HarSafarBaneKhaas, aims to make every trip special, whether with family or on business. It is a vehicle that enables success and instils pride that comes from success for the family and businesses, built on the values of pride and progress. The vastly capable Maruti Suzuki New Eeco gives owners the satisfaction of knowing they made a wise investment in an incredibly versatile vehicle that can easily meet all of their needs.

The new Eeco is available in 13 different variants, including 5-seater, 7-seater, 5-seater, cargo, ambulance and AC models, all of which have CNG powertrain options. The new Maruti Suzuki Eeco now starts at Rs 5.10 lakh, nearly Rs 50,000 more than the previous model.

When it comes to the new Maruti Suzuki Eeco, the van now has an all-new fully digital instrument console that is shared with the S-Presso. Speed, fuel level, odometer, and trip meters are all displayed digitally on this sleek console. The new three-spoke steering wheel looks identical to that of the Maruti Suzuki Ignis.

The center console has been updated with restyled AC vents, new switches for the AC controls, a repositioned parking lamp switch, and new lower housing that serves as a provision for an infotainment system. There is also a new panel between the seats that serve as a platform for holding your phones. The new Eeco also gets an engine immobilizer and a new Cerulean Blue exterior paint colour option, which replaces the previous Metallic Brisk Blue.

Maruti Suzuki has replaced the previous Eeco's old-generation 1.2-litre four-cylinder G-Series engine ahead of the implementation of new stricter emission norms. Instead, the new Eeco is powered by the same 1.2-litre K-Series Dual jet engine found in the Swift, Dzire, and Baleno.

This 1.2-litre petrol engine in the Eeco produces 81 bhp of maximum power and 104.4 Nm of maximum torque. The only transmission option remains a 5-speed manual transmission. The same engine produces 72 bhp of maximum power and 95 Nm of maximum torque in the CNG-powered variants.

The new Eeco engine claims 19.71 km/l fuel efficiency, which is significantly higher than the previous-generation G-Series engine's 16.11 km/l fuel efficiency. In CNG mode, it claims a fuel efficiency of 26.78 km/kg, which is higher than the previous Eeco CNG's 20.88 km/kg.

In the entry-level van category, the Maruti Suzuki Eeco currently has no direct competitors.
