Mahindra Truck and Bus has unveiled the all-new Mahindra BLAZO i-TRK in Mumbai, introducing a new approach to profitability and intelligent fleet management in India’s heavy commercial vehicle segment. Built around Mahindra’s “Profit Ka Rocket” philosophy, the new BLAZO range focuses on helping truck owners run more, earn more and control more through improved fuel efficiency, higher uptime and connected technology.
The BLAZO i-TRK is designed to help fleet operators improve their earnings while reducing the impact of downtime and gaining better control over vehicle operations. Mahindra claims the truck can deliver up to 10% more mileage, along with an industry-first 48-hour Uptime Guarantee backed by an assurance of ₹10,000 per day*.
The new BLAZO i-TRK has been developed with profitability at the centre of its engineering and technology package. Mahindra says the truck combines performance, efficiency and productivity to address some of the biggest challenges faced by heavy commercial vehicle owners.
The “Profit Ka Rocket” philosophy is built around three key areas: Earn More, Run More and Control More. This means improving fuel efficiency to support higher earnings, keeping the truck operational for longer periods and using connected technology to monitor and manage fleet performance.
With up to 10% higher mileage, the BLAZO i-TRK aims to reduce running costs and improve overall operating efficiency for truck owners.
One of the biggest highlights of the new Mahindra BLAZO i-TRK is its 48-hour Uptime Guarantee. Mahindra describes this as an industry-first proposition and says it is designed to provide greater confidence to customers who depend on their trucks for regular freight operations.
Under the announced proposition, the guarantee comes with a ₹10,000 per day assurance*, making uptime a key part of the truck’s ownership proposition. For commercial vehicle operators, reducing downtime can directly support better vehicle utilisation and earning potential.
The Mahindra BLAZO i-TRK is powered by Mahindra’s next-generation 320hp mPOWER engine. The engine is designed to provide the performance required for heavy commercial vehicle operations while working alongside the truck’s intelligent connected technologies.
The combination of the 320hp powertrain, improved efficiency and productivity-focused technologies is intended to help the BLAZO i-TRK deliver stronger performance for freight operators.
Another major technology highlight of the BLAZO i-TRK is iMAXX 2.0, Mahindra’s next-generation advanced fleet telematics and connected vehicle platform.
The system is designed to provide intelligent control over vehicle and fleet operations. By combining the truck with connected technology, Mahindra aims to give operators better visibility and control, supporting more efficient fleet management.
The iMAXX 2.0 platform is therefore an important part of Mahindra’s strategy to make heavy commercial vehicles more intelligent and data-driven.
Mahindra Truck and Bus says the BLAZO i-TRK marks the beginning of a new era of intelligent trucking in the heavy commercial vehicle industry. Rather than focusing only on the truck’s engine and mechanical performance, the new model brings together fuel efficiency, uptime assurance, connected technology and ownership support.
Mahindra believes this combination can help Indian fleet operators improve productivity and build more profitable freight operations.
The company also sees the new BLAZO range as part of its wider vision for more efficient and globally competitive freight movement in India. With intelligent engineering and connected technologies becoming increasingly important in commercial transportation, the BLAZO i-TRK is positioned as a technology-led heavy truck aimed at improving the overall ownership experience.
Mahindra has unveiled the BLAZO i-TRK ahead of its official launch. The company has confirmed that the Mahindra BLAZO i-TRK will be launched on 14 August 2026.
With its focus on up to 10% more mileage, a 48-hour Uptime Guarantee, ₹10,000 per day assurance and the iMAXX 2.0 connected platform, the BLAZO i-TRK is set to strengthen Mahindra’s presence in India’s heavy commercial vehicle market while putting profitability and intelligent fleet management at the centre of its proposition.
