Mahindra performed reasonably well in the commercial vehicle and three-wheeler segments.

The Mahindra Group is well-known in agriculture, tourism, real estate, logistics, and alternative energy.
Mahindra performed reasonably well in the commercial vehicle and three-wheeler segments. While sales of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) under 2 tons fell by 8%, sales of LCVs between 2 and 3.5 tons remained stable with no change. LCVs weighing more than 3.5 tons and Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (MHCVs) showed strong growth, with a 23% increase in sales in July 2023.

Mahindra is a commercial vehicle market pioneer in the SCV and LCV segments. In the Indian domestic market, the Three Wheelers category saw a 49% increase in sales.
Let’s take a look at Mahindra’s Truck Sales statistics
Light commercial vehicle sales under 2 tons decreased by 8% to 3,400 units in July 2023, compared to 3,693 units in July 2022.
Light commercial vehicle sales under 3.5 tons remain steady at 16,503 units in July 2023, compared to 16,445 units in July 2022.
The sale of LCVs weighing more than 3.5 tonnes and Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicles increased by 23% to 995 units in July 2023, compared to 808 units in July 2022.
The sale of 3 Wheelers including electric three-wheelers increased by 49% to 6,481 units in July 2023, compared to 4,351 units in July 2022.
The Mahindra Export CV Sales Figure for July 2023 indicates a decline of 9% in sales. The company sold 2,540 units in July 2023 as compared to 2,798 units in July 2022.
