In a significant stride towards sustainable urban mobility, Greaves Electric Mobility has unveiled its latest innovation, the Eltra Cargo three-wheeler, boasting an impressive 100km range on a single charge. This launch marks a pivotal moment in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, as it addresses the growing demand for eco-friendly and efficient last-mile delivery solutions.
With a peak power capability of 9.5 kW from a 10.8 kWh battery pack, the Greaves Eltra electric three-wheeler can travel more than 100 kilometres on each charge. This zero-emissions vehicle is designed to optimize delivery routes, reduce downtime, and improve the overall efficiency of last-mile logistics operations. It also boasts a large factory-fitted delivery box with 140 cubic feet of storage space.
The Eltra Cargo is designed with the urban commercial market in mind, catering to delivery services, small businesses, and cargo transportation needs. With its robust build, spacious cargo area, and extended range, it offers a compelling alternative to traditional petrol-powered three-wheelers, reducing both operating costs and environmental impact.
The Greaves Eltra cargo e-three-wheeler is intended for use by both large and small businesses. Key product highlights include a maximum torque of 49 Nm, a 6.2-inch digital cluster with Bluetooth, navigation, and technology integration capabilities, and 12-degree gradeability to manage inclines and hilly metropolitan pathways.
