Goodyear India has expanded its agricultural tyre portfolio with the launch of its new Ultra Grip tractor tyre, designed to meet the evolving needs of Indian farmers. The new tyre was unveiled during a product showcase held in Chandigarh, where nearly 100 dealers and channel partners from across the country attended the event.

The latest addition to Goodyear's farm tyre range has been developed to provide better grip, improved durability, and longer tyre life, helping farmers perform daily agricultural operations more efficiently.

Designed for Tough Farming Conditions

The Ultra Grip tractor tyre has been specially engineered to perform in challenging field conditions. It features a deeper tread pattern that delivers stronger traction on different types of soil, helping tractors maintain better grip during fieldwork.

To improve durability, the tyre is built with puncture-resistant construction and a cut- and chip-resistant rubber compound, allowing it to withstand rough terrain and demanding farming environments. It also offers better stability, giving farmers improved control while operating their tractors.

Built to Meet the Changing Needs of Farmers

Speaking at the launch, Arvind Bhandari, Managing Director of Goodyear India, said that farming in India is becoming more intensive, creating a growing demand for tyres that offer reliable performance and long-lasting durability.

He added that the launch of the Ultra Grip reflects Goodyear India's commitment to developing products that support the changing requirements of Indian farmers and improve productivity in the field.

Availability and Future Plans

The Ultra Grip tractor tyre is currently available in the 14.9-28 size. Goodyear India has also announced plans to expand the range by introducing additional tyre sizes in the coming months.

The new tyre will be available through Goodyear India's dealer network across major agricultural markets in the country, making it easily accessible to farmers.
