India’s automotive aftermarket and auto component industry are stepping into a high-growth phase, driven by policy reforms, rising investments, and rapid adoption of technology. According to the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), the auto component sector was valued at USD 80.2 billion in FY25, with the automotive aftermarket contributing USD 11.8 billion. Projections indicate that the industry could reach USD 111–200 billion by 2030.
With deeper localisation and expanding export opportunities, India is emerging as a reliable and competitive player in global automotive supply chains. This growth story will be showcased at ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026, scheduled from 5–7 February at Yashobhoomi, India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), Dwarka, Delhi.

Initiatives like Make in India, Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, and FDI reforms continue to attract investment in the automotive sector. Industry estimates suggest that capacity expansion, electric mobility, and export growth are driving India’s positioning as a global hub for manufacturing and innovation.
The auto component industry in India grew 6.8% to Rs. 3.56 lakh crore (USD 41.2 billion) in the first half of FY26, supported by domestic demand, a resilient aftermarket, and ongoing investments in localisation, technology upgrades, and sustainable solutions.
Now in its sixth edition, ACMA Automechanika New Delhi is India’s premier international trade fair for auto components and the aftermarket sector. The event will bring together over 870 exhibitors, creating a convergence platform for OEMs, distributors, workshops, fleet operators, service providers, and international buyers.
Mr. Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, said, "ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026 will showcase how India’s auto components and aftermarket industry is advancing in sync with global trends. The show will unite visitors and exhibitors to explore innovations, sustainable solutions, and clean-fuel ecosystems."
Mr. Vinnie Mehta, Director General, ACMA, added, "India’s automotive aftermarket is moving towards a structured, quality-driven, and globally aligned future. This event provides an important platform to engage with emerging technologies, regulations, and global market opportunities."
The three-day event will feature knowledge sessions and leadership discussions on topics like workshop management, aftermarket services, e-commerce, and real-time vehicle monitoring. The exhibition will showcase:
Electrification and alternative fuel solutions
EV charging infrastructure and diagnostics
Advanced materials and digital authentication
Ethanol- and hydrogen-ready components
Corrosion-resistant and high-pressure systems
Friction-welded drivetrain parts
Phygital authentication technologies
Live demonstrations and digital experience centers will highlight the industry’s shift toward technology-driven, sustainable mobility solutions.
ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026 will see strong participation from 20 countries, including Belgium, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, and the USA. Dedicated country pavilions for China, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Thailand will showcase global technologies, sourcing capabilities, and cross-border collaboration opportunities.
From India, participating companies include Advantec Wheels, Accurub Corptech, Ample Auto Tech, Autel India, Banco Products, Elofic Industries, GY Batteries, Gates Corporation, JK Fenner, Luthra Industrial, Mann+Hummel, Minda Corporation, NRB Bearings, Schaeffler India, SKF India, Sigma Corporation, Sumax Engineering, TATA Autocomp, Talbros Indiparts, Vinni Chemicals, ZF India, and more.
From the international front, companies like AutoTuner (FR Team International), Kamoi Kakoshi Co, GMB, Cinbar Otomotiv, Commercial Encouragement Organization, Evolution SRL, Horpol, Horse Powertrain Solutions, Teknorot Otomotiv, and Nagano Industrial, Unipersonale will participate.
