Flipkart has announced the provision of bus services through its app. Flipkart will collaborate with state transport agencies and private aggregators to provide 10 lakh bus connections across 25,000+ routes in India.
This is in addition to the flight and hotel booking capabilities already accessible on Flipkart Travel. The primary benefits include access to discounts, no convenience fees or hidden charges, supercoin redemption incentives of up to INR 50, and a 24-hour voice customer service.
As part of the launch promotion, consumers can save 15% on bus tickets and an additional 5% on SuperCoins until April 15, 2024. The addition of buses to Flipkart's diverse range of services represents a critical milestone in our journey to become the ideal destination for all consumer needs, including travel, according to Ajay Veer Yadav, Senior Vice President at Flipkart.
