The 2,000 Euler HiLoad EVs will be delivered over the next 18 months. Euler, a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles, and Fyn, a pioneering provider of electric charging infrastructure, are combining their expertise to address the growing demand for efficient and eco-friendly last-mile delivery solutions.

The HiLoad electric three-wheelers are specifically designed for urban logistics, offering a compact and versatile solution for businesses and delivery services. Euler Motors claims that this agreement will enable Fyn to develop the country's largest fast-charging electric three-wheeler fleet to address the expanding B2B sector needs.

The Euler HiLoad EV will be supplied by the EV manufacturer. Fyn has acquired finance for this transaction from Petronas-backed Gentari, a global operator in green mobility solutions that seeks to develop a fleet of Vehicle as Service vehicles in India, Malaysia, and APAC to boost sustainable mobility switch and acceptance.

The company aspires to have a 10% market share of charging points and EVaaS in important APAC markets such as India. The Euler Hiload EV will be used in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Coimbatore in India.

With features such as a 12.96 kWh battery pack with patented liquid cooling technology, the highest load capacity of 688 kgs in the sub-one tonne vehicle category, and torque of 88.55 Nm for best-in-class pulling power, the HiLoad EV boasts of improved performance, extended battery life, the lower total cost of ownership, and less downtime, which improves user profitability.

Electric three-wheelers offer a clean and energy-efficient alternative to traditional gas-powered vehicles, significantly contributing to improved air quality and a reduced carbon footprint. By deploying 2,000 of these vehicles, Euler and Fyn aim to make a substantial impact on urban air quality.

Fast-charging capabilities are at the heart of this initiative. Fyn's advanced charging infrastructure will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the HiLoad electric three-wheelers. With rapid charging stations strategically located throughout urban centres, these vehicles can be quickly replenished, allowing for extended daily operation without long downtimes.

At present, Fyn is increasing 20% month on month, with an active fleet of over 500 EVs. It is currently available in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. Within the next 18-24 months, the company plans to grow to Mumbai, Delhi, and Coimbatore. The partnership will be critical in helping Fyn to meet its ambitious objective of building a 5,000-strong EV fleet by 2024.
