ETO Motors, a leading player in the electric mobility sector, has recently secured a significant deal to supply 500 electric three-wheelers for deployment in Uttar Pradesh. They got an official approval, called the Letter of Award, from the Uttar Pradesh government. This approval gives them the responsibility to bring and manage 500 electric three-wheelers in major cities like Lucknow, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj, Agra, Mathura, and Gorakhpur.
ETO Motors is focusing especially on Ayodhya, and they have the green light to start deploying the electric three-wheelers there. This coincides with the opening of the Ram Mandir. The idea is to make it easier for people who visit this holy place by providing electric vehicles.
According to ETO Motors, this move is a significant step towards bringing electric vehicles into cultural and religious events.
Karthik S Ponnapula, the Director of ETO Motors, mentioned that their electric three-wheelers are not just vehicles; they aim to bring positive change by boosting the economy, empowering society, and being environmentally responsible.
