Escorts Kubota Limited has expanded its compact tractor portfolio with the launch of the new Kubota NeoStar series. The newly introduced range focuses on the 21 HP to 27 HP segment and is specially designed for farmers working in sugarcane fields, orchards, vegetable farms, and inter-row crop applications.
The company said the latest NeoStar series combines localized Japanese engineering with practical features aimed at improving productivity, fuel efficiency, and operator comfort in narrow farming spaces.
One of the key highlights of the updated NeoStar lineup is the introduction of a new 27 horsepower narrow tractor variant. The tractor comes with a true width of nearly 2.98 feet, making it suitable for operating in tight sugarcane fields and narrow crop rows.
This compact width allows farmers to move the tractor easily between cultivation rows without damaging crops. It also helps in areas where standard-sized tractors face movement challenges due to limited space.
The narrow design makes the tractor highly useful for orchard farming, vegetable cultivation, and other precision farming applications where maneuverability is important.
Escorts Kubota has added power steering across all models in the NeoStar series. This feature is expected to reduce steering effort and improve operator comfort, especially during long working hours in the field.
The company aims to provide smoother handling and easier operation for farmers working in confined farming conditions.
Another major upgrade in the new NeoStar range is the inclusion of an Eco Power Take Off (PTO) system. The technology is designed to lower fuel consumption while operating attached implements.
The fuel-saving PTO setup can help farmers reduce operational costs during daily agricultural activities.
The NeoStar compact tractors are built using Japanese technology optimized for multiple agricultural applications. The tractors can support equipment such as sprayers, rotavators, and haulage implements, making them suitable for a wide range of farming tasks.
According to the company, the compact machinery lineup has been developed to meet the growing demand in high-potential sugarcane and orchard farming clusters across India.
With the latest NeoStar series expansion, Escorts Kubota is strengthening its presence in the compact tractor segment by offering specialized machinery for modern farming requirements.
