Farmers in Madhya Pradesh can now apply for subsidies on several agricultural machines under the E-Krishi Yantra Anudan Yojana 2026. The state’s e-Agricultural Equipment Grant portal has opened applications from October 3 to October 13, 2026.

The scheme offers financial assistance on equipment such as fertilizer broadcasters, boom-type sprayers, self-propelled and tractor-driven reapers, sugarcane ratoon managers, ridgers and broad-bed furrow planters.

Eligible farmers will be selected through a lottery on October 14, 2026. However, simply submitting an application does not guarantee that a farmer will receive the subsidy. Selection and further processing will be carried out according to departmental rules.

E-Krishi Yantra Anudan Yojana 2026: Equipment Covered

Under the latest application round, farmers can apply for the following agricultural equipment:

Up to 50% Subsidy on Agricultural Equipment

The subsidy is being provided under the Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization (SMAM) scheme. Small and marginal farmers, women farmers, and farmers belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories can receive up to 50% subsidy on eligible agricultural equipment. Other general-category farmers can receive assistance of up to 40%.

The actual subsidy will depend on the prescribed maximum subsidy limit for the particular machine and the farmer's eligibility. Farmers can use the subsidy calculator available on the portal to estimate the assistance they may receive.

Agri-Stack Farmer ID Is Mandatory

An important requirement in the 2026 application process is the Agri-Stack Farmer ID. The ID is required to link a farmer's land-related information with the agricultural equipment subsidy portal.

Farmers who do not have a Farmer ID can obtain one by registering through the e-Agricultural Equipment Grant portal or the Agri-Stack portal.

DD Required With the Application

Farmers applying for the subsidy must submit a Demand Draft (DD) for the prescribed security deposit along with their application.

The DD must be prepared from the farmer's own bank account and submitted to the Assistant Agricultural Engineer of the respective district. Before preparing the DD, applicants should confirm the correct officer designation and other details prescribed by the Agriculture Department for their district.

A scanned copy of the DD must also be uploaded online while submitting the application. Applications without the required security deposit DD will not be considered valid.

Farmers can check the district-wise list of Assistant Agricultural Engineers before submitting the DD.

Documents Required for E-Krishi Yantra Anudan Application

Applicants should keep the following documents ready:

• Agri-Stack Farmer ID

• Aadhaar card copy

• First page of bank passbook

• B-1 land record/deed copy

• Scanned copy of the prescribed security deposit DD

• Caste certificate for SC/ST applicants

• Tractor registration card for tractor-driven agricultural equipment

How to Apply for E-Krishi Yantra Anudan Yojana 2026?

Farmers can submit their applications through the Madhya Pradesh e-Agricultural Equipment Grant portal at farmer.mpdage.org.

The application process is as follows:

1. Visit the e-Agricultural Equipment Grant portal.

2. Existing registered farmers can log in using Aadhaar OTP.

3. New applicants need to complete biometric Aadhaar authentication through MP Online or a Common Service Center (CSC).

4. Select the agricultural equipment for which the subsidy is required.

5. Enter the required farmer and land-related information.

6. Upload the required documents.

7. Upload the scanned copy of the prescribed security deposit DD.

8. Submit the application within the specified deadline.

Application Deadline and Lottery Date

Farmers should complete their applications by October 13, 2026. After the application window closes, eligible applicants will be selected through a lottery on October 14, 2026.

Applying for the scheme does not automatically guarantee subsidy approval. The selection and subsequent process will be conducted according to the Agriculture Department's prescribed rules.
