Blue Energy Motors crossed 100 million kilometres of fleet operations.
More than 1,400 EV and LNG trucks are operating nationwide.
Over 30,000 tonnes of carbon emissions have been reduced.
LNG trucks offer up to 2,400 km range on a single fill.
Battery swapping takes less than five minutes.
Blue Energy Motors (BEM), one of India's leading manufacturers of electric (EV) and LNG heavy-duty trucks, has achieved a major milestone by crossing 100 million kilometres of cumulative fleet operations across the country.
The achievement highlights the growing adoption of clean and efficient transportation solutions in India's logistics sector. With more than 1,400 Blue Energy Motors EV and LNG trucks operating on key freight corridors nationwide, the company has helped reduce over 30,000 tonnes of carbon emissions. This environmental impact is equal to the carbon absorption capacity of nearly 1.2 million trees.
The milestone comes at a time when India's commercial vehicle industry is witnessing a major transformation. Rising fuel costs, increasing corporate sustainability commitments, and the country's long-term decarbonization goals are encouraging transport operators to adopt greener alternatives.
Blue Energy Motors has emerged as a key player in this transition by developing a complete clean trucking ecosystem. The company's offerings include EV and LNG heavy-duty trucks, intelligent fleet management technology, energy infrastructure, and a nationwide service network.
Blue Energy Motors LNG heavy-duty trucks are designed for long-distance transportation. The company's dual-tank LNG truck variants offer a driving range of up to 2,400 kilometres on a single fill, making them suitable for long-haul freight operations across India.
To support electric mobility, Blue Energy Motors has developed corridor-based charging and battery-swapping infrastructure. This approach helps reduce range anxiety and minimizes charging downtime for fleet operators.
The company's Energy-as-a-Service model further helps customers reduce upfront capital investment while improving operational efficiency and fleet utilization.
One of the key highlights of its EV ecosystem is battery-swapping technology, which allows depleted batteries to be replaced in less than five minutes. This significantly reduces vehicle downtime and improves productivity for commercial fleets that operate over long distances.
Commenting on the achievement, Anirudh Bhuwalka, Founder and Managing Director of Blue Energy Motors, said that crossing 100 million kilometres demonstrates the direction in which freight mobility is moving.
According to him, green-fuel trucking was once considered an emerging concept, but today fleet operators are actively seeking cleaner solutions that deliver sustainability benefits while also making operational and commercial sense.
Bhuwalka further noted that volatility in global energy markets has made businesses more aware of the risks associated with complete dependence on diesel. Fuel price fluctuations and supply uncertainties are encouraging fleet operators to focus on energy security, operational economics, and sustainability as part of a single business decision.
He added that the next five years could witness one of the fastest transformations in the history of India's trucking industry.
As the transportation sector moves toward large-scale adoption of cleaner technologies, Blue Energy Motors is positioning itself as more than just a truck manufacturer. The company aims to become a long-term enabler of sustainable commercial mobility through advanced vehicle technology, energy solutions, maintenance support, and a strong ecosystem of partners and suppliers.
Blue Energy Motors achievement of 100 million green kilometres marks an important milestone for India's clean transportation journey. With over 1,400 EV and LNG trucks on the road, strong emissions reduction results, advanced battery-swapping technology, and long-range LNG solutions, the company is helping reshape freight mobility. As demand for sustainable logistics continues to grow, Blue Energy Motors is well-positioned to support India's transition toward cleaner, more efficient, and economically viable commercial transportation.
