Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. announced the opening of a new BharatBenz sales, service, and spare parts center. This has come up in Leh, the Ladakh region's capital city. The 'PAL Trucking’ facility, located on the Manali-Leh route, is presently the highest-altitude 3S facility of BharatBenz in the country, spanning 1,000 square feet. The cutting-edge 3S facility will be outfitted with six well-trained specialists as well as two Mobile Service Vans. BharatBenz customers in and around Leh, Pangong, Shyok, Nubra Valley, Siachen, Janskar, Kargil, Hanle, and Chushul would benefit from these vans.
BharatBenz stated that the capability, dependability, and comfort of its vehicles have gained them many customers. Many of these can be found in the difficult, high-altitude terrain of Ladakh. As a result, our collaboration with PAL Trucking expands the support with a new facility. Pal Trucking has swiftly increased its footprint in Jammu and Kashmir, and in such a short period of time.
The total number of touchpoints has now increased to five sales and service touchpoints. The company also stated that demand for their heavy-duty trucks has increased in the J&K region. BharatBenz products have demonstrated their mettle in the roughest environments while also regularly contributing to our country's infrastructural development. With the addition of this new location, Bharat Benz's network reaches now stands at 280 touchpoints across the country.
