SWITCH Mobility Ltd, a part of the Hinduja Group, has unveiled the SWITCH IeV8, a cutting-edge electric light commercial vehicle (eLCV) tailored for mid-mile logistics. The vehicle was introduced at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 by Shri H. D. Kumaraswamy, Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel. 

The SWITCH IeV8 Electric LCV is set to revolutionize the logistics industry in India by emphasizing sustainability, operational efficiency, and high performance.

The SWITCH IeV8 belongs to the 7.2T category and is a significant addition to SWITCH Mobility’s eLCV portfolio. Designed for cargo transportation, it integrates the latest electric vehicle technology, powered by a state-of-the-art advanced lithium battery. 

The vehicle offers an impressive range of 250 km on a single charge. Additionally, it has a container capacity of up to 830 cubic feet, providing ample space for various logistics needs, including e-commerce and freight transport.
