Ashok Leyland has established its Uptime Solution Centre in Ennore. The future-ready facility, which boasts cutting-edge technology and patented predictive analytics, intends to transform the aftersales environment by assuring maximum fleet utilisation for commercial vehicle owners across India.
Sanjeev Kumar, President of MHCV at Ashok Leyland, stated, "We have merged predictive analytics with real-time monitoring to make our vehicles more reliable and to develop a smarter, faster servicing system. This Center will give our customers valuable insights on their vehicles' performance and assist them in proactively addressing any possible difficulties, ensuring that their businesses remain on track."
Ashok Leyland has a nationwide network of approximately 52,000 touchpoints, including Dealers, Authorized Service Centres, SASSY, Parts Distributors, Exclusive Parts Stores (ALRPS), AL Parts Retailers, and AL Mechanics.
These touchpoints are fully integrated with the Uptime Centre, which ensures efficient coordination and communication, resulting in faster repairs, easier access to components, and better service help.
