Subsidy Scheme for LPG Cylinders

Under this program, eligible families are entitled to a subsidy on one LPG cylinder per month, with a total of 12 subsidized cylinders available per year. However, subsidy benefits are restricted to only one cylinder per month, meaning additional cylinders must be purchased at full market price.

The subsidy is credited directly to the bank accounts of ration cardholders enrolled in the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) and the state’s Food Security Scheme.
