YOUDHA has launched its new Trevo L5 electric cargo three-wheeler in New Delhi, strengthening its presence in India’s fast-growing last-mile and intra-city logistics segment. Priced between ₹4.35 lakh and ₹4.75 lakh, the Trevo L5 is designed for businesses and fleet operators looking to shift from traditional ICE cargo three-wheelers to cleaner and more cost-effective electric mobility solutions.
With a strong focus on commercial profitability, durability, and low running costs, the Trevo L5 aims to meet the daily operational needs of logistics companies, small transporters, and entrepreneurs.
The YOUDHA Trevo L5 has been engineered specifically for Indian road and load conditions. It is powered by a 10 kW electric motor and delivers a top speed of 48 km/h, making it suitable for city-based cargo movement.
The electric cargo three-wheeler comes with two battery options to suit different business needs:
11.8 kWh fixed battery
7.6 kWh swappable battery (optional)
With these configurations, the Trevo L5 offers a certified driving range of 130 to 150 km on a single charge, helping operators complete multiple delivery cycles in a day. The charging time is around 4 to 5 hours, ensuring minimal downtime.
Built for heavy-duty use, the Trevo L5 supports a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 1,200 kg. It is fitted with 4.50-10, 8PR tyres, which enhance stability and durability on urban and semi-urban roads.
The vehicle also offers a gradeability of up to 13 degrees, making it capable of handling flyovers, ramps, and inclined roads even with a load.
For cargo flexibility, YOUDHA offers half-deck cargo body options with volumes of:
140 cubic feet
170 cubic feet
These options make the Trevo L5 suitable for e-commerce deliveries, FMCG transport, cold-chain logistics, and local goods movement.
To improve driver comfort and safety, the Trevo L5 comes with a fully closed cabin with doors, offering protection from heat, dust, and rain. This feature is especially useful for long working hours in city conditions.
The vehicle is also equipped with a CAN-based digital instrument cluster, providing important real-time information to the driver for efficient vehicle operation and monitoring.
The Trevo L5 is YOUDHA’s second product launch, following the introduction of the YOUDHA EPOD. With this launch, the company continues to expand its electric commercial vehicle portfolio for the Indian market.
YOUDHA operates under Zuperia Auto, the parent company of the LOHIA and YOUDHA brands. To support future growth, Zuperia Auto has announced an investment of ₹20 crore. This investment will be used to:
Scale up EV manufacturing capacity
Expand dealer and service networks across India
Commenting on the launch, Ayush Lohia, CEO, YOUDHA, said: “The YOUDHA Trevo has been developed with a clear focus on commercial profitability and operational reliability. India’s last-mile delivery ecosystem needs vehicles that are not only electric but also tough, dependable, and economically viable. Trevo is engineered to deliver lower running costs, zero tailpipe emissions, and consistent performance under real-world load conditions.”
YOUDHA focuses exclusively on electric commercial vehicles designed for Indian operating conditions. The brand places strong emphasis on:
Performance and durability
Low total cost of ownership
Practical design for daily commercial use
With the launch of the Trevo L5, YOUDHA aims to support businesses, fleet operators, and individual entrepreneurs in reducing fuel costs while contributing to cleaner and more sustainable urban logistics.
The Trevo L5 is expected to play a key role in India’s transition toward electric last-mile transportation, offering a reliable and economically viable alternative to conventional cargo three-wheelers.
