Due to the prohibition of product deliveries and payments out of Russia, Yanmar RUS LLC has already halted its operations in Russia, with the exception of some operations such as customer service.

Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. declared that it will discontinue its business operations in Russia. The Yanmar Group will discontinue all operations from their local subsidiary, Yanmar RUS LLC, as soon as the procedures are completed.
Yanmar's global business operations include small and big engines, agricultural and construction equipment, energy systems, marine, machine tools, and components.
Yanmar's earnings are unlikely to suffer as a result of the decision to abandon Russia's business. According to the press release, the termination of operations is scheduled for early April 2023.
Since February 2014, Yanmar RUS LLC, based in Moscow, has been selling and servicing industrial equipment and service parts. Due to the prohibition of product deliveries and payments out of Russia, Yanmar RUS LLC has already halted its operations in Russia, with the exception of some operations such as customer service.
Yanmar has been closely following the situation and has determined that it is not possible to continue doing business in Russia under the current conditions.
