VECV records 4.72% sales growth, sells 6,391 units in December 2023

VECV successfully sold 6,154 units of commercial vehicles in December 2023, reflecting a steady rise from the 5,885 units sold in December 2022.

VECV has concluded the year on a high note, reporting a growth in commercial vehicle (CV) sales for December 2023. The overall sales surge is 4.72%, with a total of 6,391 units sold, up from 6,103 units in the same month the previous year.

Eicher Trucks, a key player within the VECV partnership, showcased remarkable performance with a 4.57% year-on-year (YoY) increase. The brand successfully sold 6,154 units of commercial vehicles in December 2023, reflecting a steady rise from the 5,885 units sold in December 2022.

VECV Domestic Truck Sales Data

Eicher Truck Sales Data 2023 recorded total domestic sales of 6,154 units in December 2023, compared to 5,885 units sold in December 2022. In conclusion, Eicher truck sales in December 2023 show a sales growth of 4.57% in India.

Total Eicher truck domestic sales stood at 5,956 units in December 2023, up from 5,663 units in December 2022. This led to an increase of 5.17% in total sales. Eicher Motors truck sales figures for December 2023 show a 3.20% growth in sales of light duty and LMD segments (3.5-18.5T).

In December 2023, the brand sold 2,088 units, while in December 2022, 1,915 units were sold in the heavy-duty (HD) segment. The heavy-duty (HD) segment saw a 9% growth in sales.

VECV Export Truck Sales Data

The LMD segment of Export Eicher Truck sales witnessed a decrease of 20.80%, with 164 CV units sold in December 2023, down from 207 units in December 2022.

On the other hand, the Heavy-Duty segment in exports showcased a 126.70% rise in sales, with 34 units sold in December 2023, up from 15 units in December 2022.

Overall, Export Eicher Truck Sales for December 2023 totalled 198 CV units, marking a 10.81% decline compared to the 222 units sold in December 2022.

Volvo Trucks, a significant player in the VECV collaboration, reported an impressive 8.70% growth, selling 237 units in December 2023, up from 218 units in December 2022.
