**Mahindra & Mahindra is a leading utility vehicle manufacturing company that keeps making new growth records. Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) total sales surged by 89% in February to 54,455 units. In February 2021, the company's total sales were 28,777 units.
The Mumbai-based automaker's domestic passenger vehicle sales increased by 80% last month to 27,663 units, up from 15,391 units in February last year, according to a statement.
Last month, commercial vehicle sales jumped to 23,978 units, up from 11,559 units in February 2021.
The LCV 2T category fell by 38%, selling 2,515 units in February 2023 versus 4,048 units in February 2022, while the LCV 2T-3.5T category increased by 12%, selling 17,241 units in February 2023 versus 15,431 in February 2022.
The LCV 3.5T + MHCV segment of this brand increased by 58%. The category sold 1,087 units in February 2023, representing an increase over the 687 units sold in February 2022.

The brand faced a decline of 20% in its export sales in February 2023, by selling 2,250 commercial vehicles compared to 2,814 units in February last year.
