Tata Motors is the market leader in Commercial Vehicles. The brand plans to unveil new products throughout the festive season this year. Tata has long been known for the solid performance it provides to customers through the pickup series. Tata Intra, ACE, and Yodha have already established themselves as leaders in the Indian commercial vehicle market.
The new Tata Pickups are expected to have design modifications, an enhanced cabin, and be revamped mechanically. The teasers indicate that the 2018 Tata Pickups would have new headlamps with LED lights, a restyled front grille, and a reworked bumper. In terms of technical specifications, the new LED headlamps have a long reach and good visibility in low-light settings. Furthermore, the Pickup's front end has been updated with a new bumper and chrome grille, giving the vehicle a more aggressive appearance.
The pickups will also have chrome stripes on the front to give them a sportier appearance. The new versions are also expected to include new body decorations. The 2018 Tata Pickups are expected to have a revamped dashboard design, new seat upholstery, and comfort and convenience amenities. However, all of these extra features may result in a greater price.
Electric power-assisted steering, power steering, rear sliding windows, mobile charging, bucket seats with headrests, MID, large ORVMs, and reverse parking assist might all be options on the pickups.
With the new Pickups, Tata Motors may potentially offer a variety of discounts and simple financing choices. Customers might benefit from 100% financing, free one-year insurance, and simple lending alternatives with cheap EMIs.
The new Tata Pickups should have improved engine performance and efficiency. The Tata Intra V10 is powered by a 798cc engine that produces 44bhp and 110Nm of torque. The Intra V30, on the other hand, is driven by a 1.5-litre engine that delivers 70bhp and 140Nm of torque. The firm claims it can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 13.86 seconds. Meanwhile, the Tata Yodha pickup is powered by a 2.2-litre engine that produces 100bhp and 250Nm of torque. This model is available with 42 and 44 drivetrains.
