Tata Motors, India's commercial vehicle manufacturer, has launched a new digital campaign titled 'Karo Business Tension Free.' The campaign aims to raise awareness about the benefits of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service. The campaign highlights Tata Motors'® AMC service as a perfect solution that allows customers to operate their vehicles without stress.
Shubhranshu Singh, the Chief Marketing Officer of Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, highlighted the company's dedication to providing best vehicles and offering solutions that guarantee customers complete peace of mind.
Singh stated, “The 'Karo Business Tension Free' campaign elegantly integrates emotive storytelling with familiar circumstances, with each film emphasizing how AMC ensures hassle-free business operations--an often overlooked part of aftersales service. Our campaign aims to create trust in clients, encouraging them to choose AMC as the best answer for their long-term business needs."
Based on extensive research with customers, the campaign focuses on what people want: minimized downtime, faster service, and good quality services when they choose AMC services.
The campaign, which highlights reliability, responsiveness, and quality assurance as core pillars of Tata Motors' AMC service, is brought real through a series of six short digital films, according to a press statement from the company.
These films aim to educate viewers on the benefits of opting for an AMC service distinctively and engagingly. Through these narratives, viewers not only learn about the importance of systematic vehicle maintenance but also discover the unique selling propositions (USPs) of Tata Motors' AMC service.

Tata Motors Limited's AMC Service is also known as Suraksha. AMC Services allows the customer to focus on his primary business while leaving vehicle maintenance to the specialists at Tata Motors.
AMC is abbreviated for Annual Maintenance Contract. It is a service offered to Commercial Vehicle buyers by TML that provides maintenance and repair services to the customer on selected National Highways via the Service outlets of its approved dealers or Tata-approved Service Stations (TASS). Under the AMC plan, customers can select from various AMC packages.
