Astro Motors, an emerging Electric Vehicle company, has received a purchase order for 1000 units of its model, the Astro Triyaan NAVYA, after successfully designing and manufacturing the world's first manual electric three-wheeler vehicle. Several Astro Motors electric vehicles (EVs) are currently being tested in various parts of India by logistics companies such as SKS Cleantech and Loadex Supply Chain Solutions.
The Astro triyaan NAVYA is the first three-wheeled electric vehicle to successfully cross the world's highest motorable road at Umling La Pass in Ladakh, which stands at 19,024 feet. The vehicles have been successfully tested across various terrains and weather conditions in various parts of India, demonstrating their ability to penetrate the EV market by delivering high-performance three-and-reliable vehicles.
The Astro Triyaan NAVYA is a cargo three-wheeler L5 segment vehicle powered by a 10.2 kWh battery with a payload capacity of 635 kgs, a range of 120kms, and an electronically limited top speed of 50 kmph.
Astro Motors Founder Vitan Jagada stated that the company is currently working on increasing its manufacturing capability. We are overjoyed with the success and response we are receiving for our three-wheelers.
