MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra Begins in Delhi

Krishi Jagran achieved a significant milestone as it officially launched the MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra, at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ujwa, Delhi, on January 30, 2024. The ceremony was attended by esteemed chief guests, including Dr US Gautam, Deputy Director General (Agricultural Extension), ICAR, New Delhi, Rajbir Singh, CEO, NHRDF, along with MC Dominic, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Krishi Jagran, and Shiny Dominic, Managing Director, marked the start of a transformative journey covering the northern states of India.

MC Dominic, in his address, highlighted the essence of the MFOI initiative, stressing the need to recognize and honour farmers who play a key role in the development of agriculture. He expressed the vision of MFOI to provide encouragement and appreciation to these unsung heroes, acknowledging their vital contributions.

Rajbir Singh, CEO of NHRDF, shed light on the role of technology in the progress of farming. His insights highlighted the importance of adopting modern agricultural practices for efficient agriculture.

The MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra, is a nationwide expedition that is set to connect with over one lakh millionaire farmers, spanning 4,520 locations and covering an extensive distance of more than 26,000 kilometres. The initiative focuses on recognizing and celebrating the achievements of successful farmers, fostering a sense of pride and motivation within the agricultural community.

As each dedicated vehicle embarks on a 250-day expedition, the MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra, becomes a symbol of unity and progress in the agricultural landscape. Krishi Jagran's commitment to highlighting the achievements of farmers and promoting advanced agricultural practices shines through in this transformative initiative. The journey promises to be a remarkable exploration of success stories, technological advancements, and the collective spirit of the farming community.
