Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a major expansion of its commercial vehicle network by inaugurating 10 new dealerships for its truck and bus business this festive season. The new facilities mark another step in Mahindra’s effort to strengthen its presence in India’s growing commercial vehicle market.
The announcement was made on October 28, 2025, highlighting Mahindra’s ongoing investment in customer service, sales, and after-sales support.
The newly launched 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) dealerships are located in: Durgapur, Guwahati, Haldwani, Hissar, Bhopal, Hubli, Raipur, Muzzafarpur, Jalandhar, and Kanpur.
These modern facilities feature 60 service bays, capable of servicing over 100 vehicles daily. They are also equipped with driver lodging facilities, 24x7 breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability to support Mahindra’s expanding customer base.
With the addition of these outlets, Mahindra continues to build a robust nationwide service network. The company, along with SML Isuzu Ltd., now operates over 600 sales and service touchpoints across India.

To ensure customer convenience, Mahindra also operates a multi-lingual helpline, available 24x7, and staffed with trained technical experts.
Mr. Vinod Sahay, President of Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment, Aerospace & Defense, and Executive Chairman of SML Isuzu Ltd., emphasized Mahindra’s long-term vision for growth in the commercial vehicle segment.
Currently, Mahindra holds around 7% market share in the trucks and buses category and 24% share in the intermediate and light commercial vehicle (ILCV) buses segment.
The company aims to increase its market share to 10-12% by FY2031 and over 20% by FY2036, signaling a strong growth roadmap.
Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head of Mahindra Trucks, Buses & Construction Equipment and ED & CEO of SML Isuzu Ltd., highlighted Mahindra’s focus on delivering customer-centric and value-driven solutions.
He mentioned the company’s guaranteed mileage offerings across its product portfolio and the iMAXX telematics system, which provides real-time vehicle monitoring and advanced analytics, as key strengths that set Mahindra apart in the market.
Mahindra’s commercial vehicle portfolio includes the BLAZO X, FURIO, OPTIMO, and JAYO series.
The heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) are manufactured at Chakan, Pune, known for its advanced production capabilities.
The light commercial vehicles (LCVs) are produced at Zaheerabad, Telangana.
This strong manufacturing base ensures high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of logistics, construction, and transport businesses.
With 10 new dealerships added to its growing network, Mahindra is reinforcing its commitment to providing strong service support and advanced mobility solutions for Indian businesses. This expansion not only enhances customer accessibility but also strengthens Mahindra’s position in the country’s competitive commercial vehicle market.
