According to the Vahan Dashboard (as of March 2, 2026), e-rickshaw sales in February 2026 were led by Zeniak Innovation, YC Electric, and Hooghly Motors. While some manufacturers recorded strong year-on-year growth, most OEMs experienced a decline in month-on-month sales compared to January.

Zeniak Innovation emerged as the top-selling e-rickshaw OEM in February 2026, registering 1,400 units. The company recorded a strong 118.4% year-on-year growth compared to 641 units in February 2025. However, sales declined 41.1% month-on-month from 2,378 units sold in January.
YC Electric secured the second position with 1,368 registrations in February 2026. Despite maintaining strong volumes, the brand reported a 53.6% decline year-on-year compared to February 2025. Sales also fell 24.5% month-on-month from January 2026.
Hooghly Motors registered 1,261 e-rickshaws in February. While year-on-year growth data was not available, the company saw a 25.6% decline month-on-month from January’s 1,695 units.
Dilli Electric recorded 940 units in February 2026. The OEM experienced a 27.4% drop year-on-year and a 26.3% decline month-on-month, indicating softer market demand compared to previous periods.
Aahana Commerce continued to show strong long-term growth with 911 registrations. The brand posted a significant 170.3% increase year-on-year, though sales were 26.1% lower than in January 2026.
Saera Electric registered 822 units during the month. The company reported a 54.9% decline year-on-year and a 11.3% drop month-on-month, reflecting reduced demand compared to both the previous year and the prior month.
Fede Industries sold 722 e-rickshaws in February 2026. Although year-on-year growth data was not specified, the company saw a 35.6% decline in sales compared to January.
Mini Metro recorded 676 registrations in February. The brand experienced an 18.2% year-on-year decline and a 15% drop month-on-month, showing moderate pressure in the market.
Jajodia Commodities reported 633 units in February 2026. While year-on-year growth figures were not available, the company saw a 41.2% decline month-on-month from January’s 1,077 units.
Terra Motors registered 628 e-rickshaws in February. The OEM achieved a 8.5% increase year-on-year, but sales declined 40.1% compared to January 2026.

J.S. Auto secured the top position in the e-cart market with 493 units sold in February 2026. The company recorded a 66.6% year-on-year growth compared with 296 units in February 2025. Sales also increased 5.8% month-on-month, showing steady market momentum.
Dilli Electric reported 294 units during the month. Sales declined from 312 units in January 2026, resulting in a 5.8% MoM drop. On a yearly basis, the brand saw a 16% decline compared with February 2025.
Saera Electric registered 247 units in February. The company showed moderate growth of 2.9% year-on-year and 3.3% month-on-month, indicating stable demand in the segment.
Energy Electric sold 244 units, improving from 223 units in January 2026. This translated into a 9.4% MoM growth. The OEM also achieved 41.9% year-on-year growth, reflecting stronger market performance compared with last year.
Vuays Energy Industries recorded 191 units in February. Sales declined compared with 208 units in January, resulting in an 8.2% MoM drop. Year-on-year performance also decreased 7.3% compared with February 2025.
Aahana Commerce sold 159 units in February 2026. The company posted an impressive 231.3% year-on-year growth, rising significantly from 48 units in February 2025. Month-on-month sales also improved 8.9%.
Sahjanand E Vehicles registered 144 units during the month. The brand achieved 17.1% YoY growth, although month-on-month sales remained almost stable with a 1.4% decline.
Atul Auto recorded 124 units in February. The OEM experienced a 34.4% drop compared with January 2026 and a 29.1% decline year-on-year, indicating slower demand in the segment.
Richford Allianz sold 119 units, improving from 102 units in January, which resulted in a 16.7% month-on-month growth. Year-on-year comparison is limited due to a very low base of 13 units in February 2025.
Saith Motors Electric reported 113 units in February. The company achieved 105.5% year-on-year growth, more than doubling last year’s 55 units. Sales also increased 9.7% compared with January.
The February 2026 e-cart sales trend highlights a competitive market where several OEMs are strengthening their presence. J.S. Auto maintained a clear lead in total sales, while Dilli Electric remained the second-largest player in the segment.
Brands such as Aahana Commerce, Energy Electric, and Saith Motors Electric recorded strong year-on-year growth, indicating increasing adoption of electric cargo vehicles for last-mile delivery and goods transportation.
